Andrew T. was absolutely outstanding. He came for my yearly maintenance and went above and beyond anything I expected. He took the time to explain how everything works and walked me through my entire heating system in a way that actually made sense. I have never had anyone explain my system so clearly and thoroughly before. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted me to understand what was going on rather than just rushing through the appointment. He carefully checked over my furnace, made sure everything was running properly, and answered all my questions without any pressure or judgment. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in doing his job well. It is rare to find a technician who is this professional, friendly, and helpful. If you get Andrew, you are in excellent hands. Highly recommend him.
A great thanks to Jason C and Furnasman! Their service was awesome, professional and reliable.I was highly impressed with the below two points which reflect their excellent service. On Dec 18, Winnipeg received around 20 centimeters of snow and travel was "dangerous and likely impossible". Schools were closed and Winnipeg transit was experiencing delays and some cancellations due to severe blizzard conditions. I initially thought they would not be able to come today, however surprisingly, Jason arrived during the scheduled time window. He not only delivered a reliable high quality service, but also brought warmth and hope to the people awaiting help in the harsh cold. And one more point, which is also the most important one. It was they demonstrated professionalism and integrity. Jason insisted on inspecting my old blower motor, even when I said it was broken. After a thorough inspection, he confirmed that the motor was indeed broken and unusable, and then he started to replace it with a new blower motor. Ensure your requests are truly necessary and do not waste every dollar from your pocket. I highly recommend using Furnasman, because it embodies the honesty, professionalism and reliability characteristics.

The kind young man remembered my home and being here before, it is always nice to be remembered :) Adjustments were made to ensure inspector would be satisfied. The fellas also ensured the area was cleaner than when they arrived and stacked bins I had near the work site. Even confirmed if there was anything else he could move for me. Kind, thoughtful, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, with attention to detail. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! My furnace suddenly stopped working due to a condensation build-up, and I had no idea what was going on until I called Furnaceman. Their after-hours technician, Shaun Collao, arrived and delivered a truly outstanding service. He took his time to explain everything he was doing, walked me through the issue in a way I could understand, and educated me on how to prevent it in the future. Shaun got my furnace up and running super fast and was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire visit.
