Worked with sales reps Joy and Nathan. They were AWESOME they worked diligently with us to find very specific needs. The delivery fellas were also very kind, respectful to our home and did a great job also. There was however an error in our order and customer service was equally awesome in solving the issue. GREAT customer service all the way around! Do your furniture shopping in MISSOURI at the Furniture Mall of Missouri!
I love howdy cafe located inside this furniture mall, its such a hidden gem! Fresh baked desserts and coffee all for a reasonable price. Its hard to not justify coming by whenever im in the area. Especially whenever lee is working, she puts as much effort into making the fresh baked goods as she does customer service. I always enjoy seeing her :)
What a wonderful furniture shopping experience. We were greeted with a beautiful smile from our service specialist Jamie!! Seek her out when you shop here. Her product knowledge and personality were 5 star. Bedroom furniture and matress were our needs which brought in Greg the sleep specialist. Greg knew more about sleeping than I ever thought I would need to know. We had so many questions when we left that first visit and Greg was always available via phone to answer ALL questions and concerns. The ease of shopping this store is what will bring us back for future furniture needs. Atmosphere, energy and staff made it easy to give 5 stars!! B & V
Furniture mall in Lee's Summit was the 4th or 5th store we went into. Was the same as mist until we met Joy. She was incredible to work with. Was the first associate we had met at any of the stores we had been to who was willing to sit down with us and take the time to find out what we needed and what kind of space we had. She mapped out our room and went above and beyond to help us get the perfect furniture for our space. Didn't try to upsale us. We actually got to know her on personal level. The delivery process was very efficient they gave us a time of 1-3. They were here at 1:05. Set up our new furniture and took an old chair down to the garage for us. Highly recommend shopping with this company and ask for Joy when you do.
My mom was very specific about the sofa she wanted when we went to Furniture Mall of Lee's Summit. Our sales lady, Jamie Vegelahn was fantastic. She listened to our specifications and didn't try to sell us on something other than what my mom wanted. Jamie was patient, helpful and helped calculate options on a sectional sofa. The sofa also allowed for custom colors and Jamie found the perfect combination of sofa color, material and pillow on her first try. Well done Jamie and I would recommend you ask for her if you want an incredibly helpful sales associate.
