Dave blew off 2 appointments, one because he was cooking! He didn’t return several calls left on his personal phone number. If this is an indication of the lack of professionalism of this company they will never darken my doorstep!!!
Dave with FURNITURE MEDIC Honest, reliable, punctual, personable. After explaining the situation with our non working love seat recliner to Dave over the phone, he felt it was probably the motor. He ordered a new one and came out, exactly when he said he would, to replace it. When he checked the recliner, he found out it was the power supply and not the motor. He brought in a new power supply box from his truck and put the motor to the side replacing just the power supply box. This saved our recliner and $$$ for us by not having to replace the motor! Dave has integrity which seems to be lacking in our world these days.
I am extremely pleased with the prompt and efficient repair of my recliner. Dave was very responsive and honest. His price was more than fair. He has my highest recommendation and my gratitude.
Dave repaired a side cabinet panel in our kitchen and replaced some toe kicks. The work looks great and his price was very fare.
Dave replaced the cable for my recliner which kept me from having to buy a new one. Did a fantastic job and was very personable. The only place in Columbus who was able to do the job and at a great price!
