We had a great experience during our visit. Mike was supportive in our relaxed approach and helped answer any and all questions we had. He was attentive and thorough in his approach to making sure we walked away with all the information and the right purchases. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service Richard in Leeds provided. He explained the products thoroughly and gave us many options to choose from and his attitude was fantastic, he’s a 5 star salesman as we ended up buying a bed and a sideboard 😊

We called at the store to buy a new mattress and the choice and display was excellent. The Sales Consultant, Aamir Akram, was most helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a Harrison Spinks mattress and are now looking forward to delivery in approx 4 weeks time.

Richard was fantastic in his service today. We came in early and he offered a drink to us while we browsed. He was not pushy in the slightest and we went away to measure up the sofa we liked. Upon return to purchase he again was great, coffee and a cookie while we waited for the sale to finalise. Thanks!

@Andrew Heseltine Excellent customer service was provided by Andrew, he was very knowledgeable and informative about the new sofa we have just purchased. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure we were certain of our colour choice and took us through the showroom so we could see other sofa’s in the same material and colour. Andrew did try to find us a suitable coffee table at the same time, unfortunately nothing caught our attention today. He was really friendly and very easy to talk to, ensuring he went through the process and we felt comfortable with. When I need any further furniture I will definitely seek him out. Outstanding service provided. I couldn’t be happier. Happy birthday for tomorrow Andrew and thank you for all your help and support.
