Fyzical at Fort Ben has been the kindest, most helpful team in helping me recover from severe back pain due to injury (QL, SI). With great care from Tony, Brooke, Ashley, Naphtalie and Chris, I have experienced remarkable improvement and pain relief in two weeks. Each team member is highly skilled and caring. Even better, they are eager to brainstorm together for the most thorough diagnosis and optimal treatment. I am also thankful that Zena got my insurance approved for a same-day appointment so I could start treatment immediately when I was in the most pain. It's a great facility too, with a wide range of equipment to aid recovery and strength training.
Brooke is great! Very patient and attentive to how I’m feeling throughout the process. I look forward to my appointments even when I’m feeling discouraged .
Ft Ben Fyzical is a nice facility with good equipment, space, convenient location, and very caring and professional staff. Treated for hip bursitis and therapists Ashley, Carmela, Naphtalie each had a part in the process, Tony was main therapist that got me back to running again, they all were great and kept me on track with positive attitudes and lots of patience. Check in/out, scheduling, and reminders were made easy by Zena and Nathalia who were very helpful throughout.
I’ve been coming to Fyzical for a few years now—first when my son needed rehab after soccer injuries, and more recently for my own care. It’s consistently been a fantastic experience. I currently see Ashley for back strength and mobility, and Brooke for pelvic floor therapy. Both are incredibly skilled and truly listen. Ashley helps me build strength in a way that’s smart and sustainable. Brooke has made pelvic floor therapy—a topic a lot of men shy away from—feel approachable and empowering. Their support has made a real difference in my quality of life. Behind the scenes, the clinic runs like clockwork. Eileen, the owner and physical therapist herself, has built something special here: a place that’s professional, welcoming, and easy to work with. And Zena handles scheduling like an absolute pro—flexible, responsive, and always on top of things. If you’re looking for a physical therapy clinic with heart, skill, and a great team, Fyzical is it.
Eileen Burns have helped me with Pelvic pain, back, arms and plantar facitis problems. I’ve been her patient since 2021. My husband is also a patient of hers for 4 years now. Eileen also helped my stepdaughter who had concussion. She is very knowledgeable in her field , very professional and caring. I would also like to mention Naffy , she is wonderful, very nice, sweet and knowledgeable ! I would say she has hands of gold!!! Highly recommend with 5 stars or even more! Love Fyzical - Fort Ben.
