I’ve been looking at watches online for a while and took the plunge after seeing some great prices. I was about to buy elsewhere but after reading reviews of different online experiences I ultimately chose this smaller, independent store because of the very positive review scores. Bought two watches online for delivery to Perth. Within 10mins of ordering, they had processed the order, sent both certificates of authenticity, then within an hour, had Aus Post labels organised for dispatch. All during the really busy post Xmas sale period. Aus Post, whilst not under the control of the store, also delivered three days earlier than expected - which was really unexpected but a really nice surprise. Watches came very well packed and in gift boxes and exactly as described. A great experience and will be back there for future purchases.

I purchased a beautiful Seiko 5 SSK001 from this independent jeweller in Adelaide. They delivered it fast to Perth for free, were cheaper than everywhere else that week and even put a gift ribbon on the box. I'm very satisfied with the watch and impressed with the service from GW Cox.
