I’ve had the very pleasant and smooth experience of working with Mirza on the purchase two chairs at Gavigan’s. She helped me land on exactly what I was hoping to find. Her manner, easy communication, and willingness to efficiently handle changes to delivery plans, multiple visits and questions made the whole purchase worry-free.
Mirza is very helpful. She was the one who assisted me. I love my Love seat and table so far and I was not disappointed with the delivery. The two gentlemen who brought my furniture really took good care of my purchase so I highly recommend the store.
Me and my partner were very happy with our experince at Gavigan's furniture! Mike and his team have been great and patient with us. We got our first house and knew we'll have to spend a lot on furniture. He was able to work with us and get us the best price possible for the furniture we wanted. We were also renovating the house and requested to wait on the couch to avoid debris getting on it. Which they followed through and kept the couch for about a month in their store for us. We really appreciated them for going through the trouble! Everything is in such amazing quality and look beautiful. Delivery was smooth, prompt, and listened to my requests. If I or anyone I know ever need another piece of furniture in the future I'll be sure to recommend!
I highly recommend Gavigans. They have a wide range of furniture and also reasonably priced. I had a great shopping experience with them. The reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because their delivery is expensive ($200) and furniture pickup is at their warehouse in Lithicum. Overall I would recommend Gavigans.
