Brought my vintage rolex gmt master in that was in need of repairs after 2 other shops couldn't figure it out. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got my watch back in a reasonable time and its been working great since! Highly recommend Gemtime in scottsdale!!

I had three watches repaired here today, and John was a tremendous help. While I waited, I noticed several other customers who clearly seemed like regulars—one even told me this family-owned business is the best at what they do. I completely agree! My wedding ring was in need of repair and update. I just left from picking it up and I couldn’t be more ecstatic! The jeweler kept the integrity of my original design but enhanced where it needed to be. Mary and their entire team makes you feel like family from the moment you meet them and are great with communicating updates . Highly recommend!
