Genesis Diamonds has the best selection of engagement rings in the area and we are extremely impressed with their service and knowledge of the diamonds and ring bands. I wasn’t sure what would be a good fit for my future fiancé and my salesperson Samantha Sugerman was absolutely outstanding to work with and asked me the correct questions that got us to the best possible outcome! She was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to find the perfect diamond and ring combination that looks absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend Genesis Diamonds for anyone seeking the perfect ring!
We had an excellent experience at Genesis Diamonds, thanks to Shannon. She helped me select Tacori earrings and a Tacori necklace for my wife, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Shannon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful from start to finish. Most importantly, my wife was completely surprised and absolutely loved both pieces. Samantha was wonderful helping craft the perfect engagement ring for my future bride. Samantha was patient as I weighed different options and contacted the designer to remove certain aspects of a band that weren't desirable for us. Genesis helped get the best price both for a beautifully crafted piece and for a resale. I would recommend them over the popular jeweler that's downtown and advertises with a goat. The service at Genesis was higher quality. The ring we created is now a family heirloom and I'm so grateful Samantha helped me created it!
My husband and I just got married on August 23. We went to Genesis Diamonds about 2 years ago and worked with Renee to pick out my wedding band, engagement ring, and my husbands wedding band. Renee is just an incredible person with a vast amount of knowledge. When asked how something looked or would fair with our specific lifestyles, she gave us her honest opinion and it was very clear that she cared about what we wanted/needed. She made us feel comfortable and she still checks in with us on occasion to make sure everything is going well. Further, the staff behind the checkout/cleaning counter (i’m not sure what it is called) are always kind and helpful.
I couldn't be happier with the service and diamond expertise shown by Renee. I explained the type of diamond and setting I was looking for, and she delivered flawlessly. While I was deciding between two rings, a new one came in — and Renee immediately knew it was the one. She was absolutely right. When I saw it in person, it was perfect.
