I’ve been in for a few different services and always have a great experience. Yesterday I got my hair done yesterday here for the first time and wow catie is amazing. Professional, bubbly and did exactly what I wanted. The best!
I have been going to Germantown Day Spa for almost 10 years. Todd is an excellent hairstylist and it is always fun to sit in his chair. I love everything about this place, especially the team. This salon makes you feel like you are a part of their family each time. you walk through the door. I highly recommend GDS!
I’m thrilled to have Toney as my manicurist. She is so dedicated to doing a great job and always upbeat and pleasant. She does go “ over and beyond “ for her clients. I’ve had some nail problems . She advised me to go to a podiatrist. He said she was right to refer me out and the problem was addressed. She is efficient but is super conscientious, taking enough time to do a good job. I always feel happy and relaxed after our appointments!
I went to Germantown Day Spa for a little bachelorette trip with some of my bridesmaids and let me just say it was a WONDERFUL experience!!! The staff were so welcoming and so sweet. I got a facial with dermaplaning with Cassie and she was the sweetest and was so gentle! I got a massage from Jason and he was extremely professional and there was never a time I was ever uncomfortable. He was so sweet and was overall a really great person! I will definitely be back!
Germantown Day Spa is an Well Known & Upscale Salon and Day Spa. The staff is professional as soon as you walk in the door and very accommodating. My stylist, Catie Miller, is EXCEPTIONAL !! Catie specializes in color, however she is a True Talent with Anything “Hair”! I highly recommending booking an appointment with her, especially if you want the most up-to-date and trendy color & styles for your hair. I am blessed to call her my friend. My ONLY Upset is checking out; the demeanor up front comes across completely opposite from when you arrive. The staff (usually different) come across a little rude & I hate to say, but somewhat “snobbish”; also there is never anyone who will offer help in regards to questions or information about all the products for sale 🙁 Regardless, I will continue to see Catie Miller as she always makes my HAIR look & feel Beautiful 🫶🏻
