Great party place. It is a nice environment for children to play and a big variety of jumpy places. The staff is inviting and friendly. But, they do not have food options available honestly. They can order pizza and snacks
My kid, his friends, and family enjoyed themselves until the assistant manager hounded us for more money. They said 3 kids did not pay. One parent went to pay and while discussing the payment and how much was already paid: $379. The manager Kody said we refused to pay and said we were being aggressive, the police heard us on the phone saying we’re paying the extra $45 and told him to take the payment. This was embarrassing and unnecessary, it put a damper on the event. We all agreed to never go back and a few customers left after witnessing what happened.
Came for a fun family afternoon and we all had a blast. I was able to jump with my kids and there was enough to keep us busy, but not so much that we lost each other. Only possible downside is their vending machine was out of most drinks, but we brought our own water bottles and just bought some snacks for a break.
My granddaughter loves it. The owner Brian is very friendly and the customer service is awesome. We got the summer pass which is an excellent deal
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Get Air for their sensory-friendly hours as part of our nonprofit’s Sensory Summer initiative, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The new owner, Brian, greeted us with kindness and went above and beyond to make sure all children—especially those on the spectrum—felt safe and supported. The updated foam pit, trampoline layouts, and bright-but-not-overwhelming environment created the perfect play space for my four kids. Thank you, Get Air Stone Mountain, for helping us create lasting memories! 📚 Also, be sure to check out our family-centered autism resources: – “Spectrum of Love: My Journey Through Autism” – “Mama, What Is Autism?” Available now on Amazon!
