We had our son’s 5th birthday party here and it was a fantastic experience. Bob was very helpful right from when we arrived to when we left. The pizza was great and arrived at the perfect time. The children in our group were 5 and younger so I had been worried they were too young/safety around older kids but there was no issue at all. Not only is there a separate area for toddlers, but safety was not a concern throughout the entire park. I definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful experience at Get Air today while celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday. Everything was smooth, fun, and very well organized. A special shoutout to Bob, who took care of us throughout the event. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive from start to finish. Bob truly went above and beyond to make sure our party was successful — from helping us with setup, guiding guests through the process, and checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and professionalism made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Bob, for making our day so memorable! Get Air is very lucky to have someone like you on the team. Highly recommend this location for anyone planning a birthday party or group event! 🎉💛
We had such a wonderful experience at Get Air Trampoline Park! The staff went above and beyond when we visited — they happily honored our birthday guest-of-honor stubs from February 2025, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It really showed how much they care about their guests and value families who come back to celebrate special occasions. The park itself was clean, safe, and full of energy. The trampolines, foam pits, and obstacle areas were all in great condition, and the team members were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. It’s a perfect spot for kids (and adults!) to have fun and stay active. A huge thank you to the Get Air staff for their kindness and flexibility — it made our day extra special. We’ll definitely be back for more jumping and smiles!

10/10 would recommend this venue for a birthday party!!! My daughter had her 7th birthday here today 10/25 and from check-in until check out we had no issues. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! Malaya (sorry for the spelling) at the front desk was super nice and got us whatever we needed. Always checking in on us. We also had the pleasure of working with Joshua and it was only his 2nd day and what a great guy!! He delivered our pizza to us and was super pleasant. I can’t say enough great things about the owner! He allowed us to use a promo code when we were unsure if they would let us use them. I literally can’t say enough great things! The area was spacious and separated perfectly. If you’re on the fence, I would definitely recommend this location!!! We got party bags and ice cream for every kid too!!!! Thank you for making my daughters birthday special!!!
