So far so good .Just started. in the process of handing paper
Just started my process with this law firm 2 weeks ago, so far I have turned in all documents they have requested. I have also been contacted by representatives, not the lawyer Giulia F. herself, which at this moment doesn’t matter. What matters to me is that they’ll do what I’m paying them for. I see a lot negative/good reviews here, and not sure how legit they are. I do have to say for the negative reviews, if you guys have the proof needed that she/firm is fraud, report her to the State Bar for Florida, we all work hard for our money so is only right and fair that they provide the services they are getting paid to do. I’ll be updating my review in 6-9months as that is what they said it’ll take to hear from USCIS for my type of case. But so far, the representatives have called me on time and when they say they will.
If I could give them less than one star, I would. Stay far away from this lawyer, especially if you don't live in Miami. You never talk to the actual Julia lawyer. You talk to a whole bunch of employees who just say they'll call you back and don't. You have to do all the work and the prices are high. Go to someone local. They took my mom's money and didn't even file anything but of course they won't even call us and tell us there is no refund of even 500 bucks and we've been trying to have them call us back with a response for almost a year. Go to a good lawyer in your area where they will actually help you file all the paperwork, especially if you aren't tech savy, which most people who are getting immigration lawyers aren't. I normally don't write reviews, but it's just so unfair what happened to my mom. UPDATE: TILL THIS DAY MY MOM HAS NOT RECIEVED A PHONE CALL BACK. SHE GAVE THEM 3,500 DOLLAS, AND THEY DIDN'T FILE ANYTHING! As I'm reading the reviews, I see other people have said similar things. Things I've mentioned like no one knows what is going on and you repeat the same story over and over and over, and they tell "oh we will call you back in a week and we'll talk to Julia" It's so infuriating that you think "lawyer Julia" is taking your case, but the truth is that it is some random person is taking your call who isnt a lawyer. Also, why do they say that give us ONE WEEK to talk to Julia, the lawyer. Why does it take so long. Where is she? And even then, it's all lies because they NEVER CALL BACK! Who knows, but all I know is this has been the worst experience I've ever had. My poor mom is out that money and feels horrible. and now I at least want to warn others to go somewhere else. Another lawyer who helped me told us Julia's prices are too high for you having to do all the paperwork. I see they barely reply to the bad reviews... I wonder why? It's very unfortunate to see someone who is supposed to help people do the opposite. The worst service EVER. I don't ever write reviews, but I had to warn others! Don't let her rip you off!
Want to give thanx to the whole team, very professional in every way. After 12 long years of fighting my case and just throwing money out the door at various lawyers who just wanted a money grab and never gave me the option of a visa T and just said there was nothing for me to do. I found attorney Julia! Who brought hope and piece of mind back to me!!!. I’m amazed and still in shock, words can’t express the relief and the happiness her and the whole team have brought to me and my family. I will forever be grateful and will 100% recommend her to anyone that might be dealing with the burden of an immigration case or just in need of a great immigration lawyer, now I can say “I have my lawyer Attorney Julia the best”. They were very nice polite always keeping in touch on any update of the process. Would recommend to friends their family members in the future. Thanks to everyone that worked on my case and my husband's we are very very happy with the results and appreciate all the hard work y'all did.
