I have been working with Rick for a couple years now. I have found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He set me up with multiple workouts that I have incorporated into my weekly training sessions. As I'm in my sixties now, they are geared for my age and fitness level. Highly recommend him as a trainer if your interested in a "you" focused training program.

Rick is a great personal trainer who will meet you where you're at but also challenge you.
