Travis and Lynda were amazing! Great communicators, kind and extremely knowledgeable. And veterans. I am the Park Manager of my RV Park. Turns out the issue I had was not. It was my lack of knowledge that I was never educated on when I purchased my trailer. I am relatively new to RV life and they spent an hour educating me on everything to do with the functions of my trailer. Had they not done this very thorough presentation, it would have cost me thousands of dollars in future repairs. They sent me a detailed report with all of the information they gave me, as well as providing me with the best products I need. Even if you don’t have issues, they do a wonderful presentation on the best ways to maintain trailers and 5th wheels. They are going to do their presentation to all of our residents! Thank you Travis and Lynda!!
Prompt service. I would have had to wait several days but it just so happened they had a cancelation so they called me back and said they could come right then. Good for me because my toilet was leaking.They suggested some small things that could make life better and I agreed. I appreciated their suggestions. They are honest, good people who do great work for a fair price which is difficult to find these days. I would definitely call them again.
Travis and Lynda were very easy to work with and very punctual. Very professional and we enjoy meeting them very much. Knowledgeable service folks that I can highly recommend. They worked on our ALFA Class A and we are very pleased with their work.
My family and I hit a number of different mechanical issues as we were heading north for a much needed time away as a family. We were stranded with a disabled camper trailer and unable to find someone who could help. When we reached out to Lynda and Travis at Gilley Mobile RV they were such a blessing. They came right out to our campsite to diagnose the problem. When the parts we needed weren’t available in town they spent the next several hours scouring the surrounding area to find the last ones available. They worked straight through the day until after dinner, committed to their motto of “no canceled vacations.” We were so grateful for their hard work and support of our family. They got us fixed and back on the road. We are so deeply grateful. Lynda and Travis are skilled, hard working, friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them if you are in need.
So glad we called Gilley Mobile RV Service to fix our 24 year old Airstream. Many people will work on it but few will know more about your Airstream than someone who has one.
