Still waiting on an item to ship that’s I purchased 21 days ago. I have tried reaching out to get an ETA with no response. I had been eyeing a sweatshirt I wanted to gift someone first the perfect Christmas gift for months and I finally bought it. Before Thanksgiving, to give a good window to make sure I got it in time. We are now a week away from Christmas and I have no gift so now I need to scramble to think of something else. I was soooooo excited for this item so this is a bummer. I am all for supporting small businesses but wow does this one need to make it abundantly clear that their stuff doesn’t ship within 14 days as promised. Not even 14 business days. Stop running Instagram ads until you figure out your e-commerce issues as well as figuring out how to respond to your emails. I am super bummed ☹️

Love Girl Tribe! They always have the cutest merchandise that you will truly never find anywhere else. So many unique graphic tees and sweats that they design and print themselves plus so size inclusive! Girl Tribe is one of the first stores that I’ve felt super comfortable in, while wanting every item. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help. Truly every time I come in I leave feeling like I gained a new best friend! Highly recommend shopping here!
First of all I wanna say that I’ve always loved Girl Tribe and was so excited to come into the store and get goodies when I found out their Halloween collection had dropped! Coming into the store I was met by Zoe whose attitude was rude, weird and off putting! Then when I went to try some things on her and her coworker followed me and Zoe actually made eye contact with me while I was in there and my bf was handing me more clothes to try! As a brown woman this all made me feel very uncomfortable! I expecting more from a pro femme establishment and needless to say I left feeling uninterested in purchasing anything and very disappointed in the behavior of the staff of an establishment that is supposed to be about inclusivity! I hope that this store becomes a place for people like me to be able to shop and not feel unwanted!
I can't say enough good things about Girl Tribe Co! We wanted matching "Lavender Haze" shirts for a mother-daughter trip to see the Eras Tour in London this past August, and they made sure we got them in time. My daughter was thrilled with the unique, high quality stickers, and we both loved wearing our shirts to the show, AND our Taylor Swift-themed tea party bus tour. They’re cute & comfy- the quality is amazing, and the customer service was truly top-notch! Additionally we happened to be visiting Charlotte this past weekend and I couldn’t leave without stopping by the shop. It’s so cute, and we just love the female pop-star & holiday themed goodies! My daughter couldn’t leave without a couple Sabrina Carpenter themed gems 💖 Thank you, Girl Tribe Co., for making our trip & my daughter’s passion for music extra special! 🙏🏽
