I experienced real results at GIVE Fitness. Pierre is knowledgeable & meets me at my level. I changed my eating habits & consistently attended PT sessions. I lost weight & body fat, and I gained strength & endurance. To maintain my healthy weight outside of attending PT, I regularly attended the unlimited exercise sessions conveniently offered at various times to fit my schedule. I had a great experience with Pierre at GIVE Fitness. I especially enjoyed the group workout classes. Pierre created a high energy/motivating environment and gave personalized tips while in a group setting. I would recommend to anyone at any fitness level!
