Gee Gee is always so kind. I go to the shop to get my nails done. Mia, is such a good nail artist and technician. I can trust that I will leave with what I wanted and never have to fear being hurt. Other nail shops did me dirty with rings of fire and terrible burns from a dremel. Mia, always makes sure she is using clean tools and a clean work station. I always give her off the wall ideas and she nails it every time. I have been getting compliments left and right on my nails. Mia really is the best!
I still can't get over this glam makeup look! I traveled to Kansas City and needed a makeup artist for my bodybuilding competition. I was referred to Gee Gee. I’m so glad I met her! She truly listened to the vision I had for my makeup look and absolutely nailed it. I wanted a glitter glam style that would pop on stage, and she delivered a look far beyond my expectations. My makeup was flawless, stunning, and perfect for the stage. Gee Gee is a true artist. She's professional, personable, and talented beyond words. I had my eyebrows done several years ago and didn’t realize what I was missing. I was still having to shade my eyebrows with pencil and powder, despite having my eyebrows done professionally. On one eye the color never took, and I just thought it was my skin. I kept going back for touch ups and still the same result. I didn’t know any better, I suppose. After this experience, I have been extremely impressed. From actual color matching that was specific for my skin type, I could not be more pleased than I am now. I had some discoloration in my initial process that I thought I was stuck with, but Gee Gee is working in phases to correct. I would recommend anyone who has had an experience where the results have not left a long lasting impression, I would go to Gee Gee for sure. The time, the consideration, the precision that she executes speaks to her owning her craft. Lastly, as a healthcare professional, I was excited about how serious she is about keeping infection risk zero and the healing process. You might not think eyebrows would not be life changing and for me, it has been. I was committed to using pencils and powder to fix things, for the rest of my life. I had a bucket list of things I wanted to fix about me, and eyebrows were one of them. when you invest in yourself and you get good results, it makes you glad you gave it another chance!!!!
I was late for my appointment, and she waited for me. She did not rush my facial. I could tell she was patient and took her time servicing me. That tells you a lot about someone who is passionate about her work. I got myself her skin care products.
Geegee was amazing! It was my first time getting my makeup done professionally and she made sure to talk me through the process. It was relaxing, she took care of my skin and I left feeling truly glamourous for my pageant photos! She was also very kind and provided some amazing insight on beauty in general. I will be booking again!
