⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A 10/10 Experience with Justin from Glass Doctor! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Justin, the Glass Doctor Expert technician who serviced our home today. Justin installed three new window panes—two upstairs and one downstairs—and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Justin was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very timely. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care and respect. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work, and the quality of the installation truly shows. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and Justin went above and beyond what was expected. Glass Doctor is fortunate to have him on their team—Justin absolutely deserves a Christmas bonus! Highly recommend Justin for anyone needing window or glass work done right the first time.
I had a same-day windshield replacement the day before Thanksgiving while out of town and I couldn’t be more pleased with Glass Doctor DFW. Dakota and Trent were so helpful over the phone and I’m especially grateful for Rakalin putting in late hours to ensure I had my car back before the holidays. Thank you so much for all your help! Juan and Justin were great arriving timely and were professional in all their work. Clearly explained the warranty telling us to call if we notice any issues. I appreciate the polite careful way they asked for help to access areas of work. The windows are beautiful and we can now enjoy a clear view out of the picture window❤️😊
Justin and Ricky were very communicative and so polite, when they came to install our big 5x5' window. We had 3 different quotes from companies and the Glass Doctor was very competitive. There was a mistake in scheduling and they had us under a time we absolutely could not be home. With an Open House scheduled for the weekend, they rearranged the schedule and got it done just in time. No question, we'd use them again.
It took a couple of weeks from the first visit to having my window repaired as the manufactured the new glass. Brandon came out and did the installation. He was timely, professional, and quick. We appreciate the skill he brought to the job and how great our window looks now.
