DO NOT GO HERE !!! If you want your car damaged and then be told it’s because Toyota doesn’t make them like they used to…by all means get your car washed here. If you want to be blamed for the damage they cause by all means go here. For any other sane person I would NOT RECOMMEND this car wash period. Condescending management, improperly adjusted equipment. I should have read all the bad reviews prior to getting a ‘membership’. Membership was the only reason they offered to fix the damage they caused, and even then I had the vehicle repaired elsewhere after watching their first attempt to try and fix it. Didn’t just bend a wiper arm , it destroyed the entire wiper motor assembly when the machine tried to rip it off the vehicle. Bent 1/4” steel shaft of the wiper motor almost 45°!! This IS an equipment issue they constantly blame their customers for, DO NOT GO HERE.
I have been going here since they opened and it has progressively gotten worse. Today was the last straw. Every time I go I leave thinking "wow, that was not worth the money." Today I paied $44 plus tip and trash was left in my car, the screen wasn't even wiped, bird poo still on the window and dust still on the console. I also had my headlights restored here 2 years ago I think and it lasted maybe a year.
Friendly staff that’s always ready to work! We did the interior and exterior and everything came out fast, clean, and well done. Prices are reasonable, and the Halloween décor made it fun. Only wish the waiting area had bigger chairs, but overall a great experience at Gleam Car Wash – Highlands.
Such a GREAT experience! I put off detailing for over a year because I trust very few people with my vintage baby. I nearly didn't recognize her when they were done! Not only did the team do a great job, they treated my Geo as if it were their own. I was so happy with the interior (cleaner than I had ever seen it before!) that it inspired me to install a new sound system the very next week :D
The WORST car wash ever! We paid $42 plus a 10% tip that was charged in advance. We were told it included drying the vehicle, cleaning windows inside & out, high powered blow-out of interior plus vacuum & wipe down of interior. The entire thing took 10 minutes. They barely dried the exterior & called it good. I went back in & demanded a refund & all they did was refund the difference between exterior wash & full service ($17) & then they weren't even going to refund the tip until I called them out on it! Save your money & pay the $6 for the drive-thru car wash at the gas station! I promise you'll be more satisfied with the outcome! I only gave them a 1 star rating because it won't allow me to give 0.
