From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home like you’re chatting with a good friend who just happens to be a total professional. The owner is incredibly kind and always remembers exactly what you like, whether it’s your favorite service or a little detail about your routine. I actually discovered her on the SquareGo app and I’ve been going back ever since. Her work is consistently amazing whether it’s a Brazilian wax or any other treatment, she just makes everything feel comfortable and welcoming. Honestly, if I could give a thousand stars, I would. So if you’re in the area, definitely go check her out you won’t regret it!
I’m very picky with who I go to for a Brazilian wax and having left the east coast I had to trust these reviews. They did not lie, Arlette waxed me clean and was very detailed. She took her time and ensured her work was thorough. Thank you! I will definitely be returning as a repeat customer.
I usually don’t write reviews but I had the best experience with Glowing Smooth. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, so I was naturally nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and made me really enjoy my experience. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a professional wax and at a good price too!
I was brand new to waxing when I made my first appointment and I was not disappointed at all. She was very patient and personable. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and answered every question I had (which was a lot). She accommodated me very well, and I felt like she actually cared about my experience. She gave me great after care tips as well. I’m going to continue to wax here, regularly, during my tenure in El Paso.
The glowing smooth technician was very clean, professional and respectful. My experience during my service was amazing. I was treated with care and kindness. Also, other times I have booked Arlette was very flexible and accommodated my needs. Will definitely continue to use her services.
