Communication up front was excellent and he arrived exactly as planned. Hands down the best quote and review I've had for a repair, he left nothing out. He prepared several options based on our conversation and hit the mark with all of them. Great warranty options and he answered any question I could think of. These guys are different than everyone else and it shows very clearly in their approach. My dogs don't like anyone but they were perfectly fine with him being in the house. If even the dogs approve you know what kind of people you are dealing with without a doubt.
You either know what you’re doing(Christian and Christian) or you don’t (me). They saved the day. Used GG a while back to replace my water heater and today to, well, save the day. Shannon, Christian, and Chris were fantastic.
Brett and Brian took such good care of us! Brett came out and diagnosed the problem and Brian came back and stayed till everything was fixed. He was kind, personable, and helped explain everything that was happening. When he found a deeper issue, instead of just doing the job he came to do, he helped me figure out exactly what needed to be done to help make our repairs work even better and get more life out of them. We are so appreciative!
Drew and Jalen did a very satisfying job for me . They diagnosed the low pressure problem I had and went right to work in a timely matter.
