We had our new house's roof replaced and had a great experience. They made the process easy by knowing our HOA's rules and working with us to get the color we wanted. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up well afterwards. This is our first house and so the first roof we've had done, but the price seemed reasonable. The only glitch was on our end -- apparently one of our home's older light fixtures wasn't properly secured and fell due to the vibrations. Was NOT at all the roofers' fault, just adding as a tip for other new homeowners of old or old-ish homes to actually do a walk-through and check your fixtures before anyone starts roof work!
We enjoyed working with Gold Pacific from the estimate to the end of the job. Had a leaking shingle roof replaced with standing seam. It’s a complicated roof but we’re really happy with the results. The roofers concentrated on their work and were skilled, quiet and professional. We finally have a roof that will shelter us for the rest of our lives.

We highly recommend Gold Pacific Roofing! Daniel, the owner, is not only professional but also a genuinely awesome human being. From start to finish, communication was top-notch—texts were always answered within the hour. The crew completed our roofing project on time and within budget, and their daily cleanups were outstanding. They made sure the swimming area, backyard, and even parts of the interior were spotless each day. Despite our HOA’s strict rules, even the on-site manager was impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism. Their price was very reasonable for the quality of work delivered. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

I'm so glad that we decided to replace my 51 year old roof with Gold Pacific. Gold Pacific's workers are very professional and efficient, and they cleaned up very well after work each day.
