This was probably the most disappointing experience in my life. I came in to finish my final appointment only to be told the artist took walk in appointments after confirming I had an appointment at noon. I was told I could come back another day which is so wild because what is the point of actually confirming an appointment. The lady literally said “oh I apologize, we should have called” so AS A RESULT I now have to find another artist to complete someone else’s work. I will be requesting a refund.
From start to finish the process to get tattooed here was smooth. Booking is easy over the phone, informative staff, wicked environment (there is so much to look at), and everyone is super welcoming. Got a flash piece done by Louis, great art and incredibly patient, he took the time to explain various placements that best worked with the design. Will definitely be going back!
This place is wonderful. Everyone is kind and friendly and super talented. I got my fine line tattoo from Bare, came out exactly how I wanted it. Frankie at the front desk is cool and I can’t emphasize what a great environment it is.
I got a tattoo from nathan, and he turned it around way above my expectations. I absolutely loved it. It WAS little bit expensive than what I and he talked beforehand, but it still way better than getting permanent tattoos from somebody who is certified and knows what they are doing.
Just got finished with John, and from the moment I walked in, to the final stages of getting the tattoo done, I felt so cared for, listened to, and even got candy! And let’s not to forget to mention the fantastic work he did. I have plenty of tattoos, but this was one of my best experiences. A+++
