Lack of adults equal sub par swim instruction. The adolescent instructors fail to follow proper swim instruction - for example placing kids heads down into the water to ear level when teaching them to float on their back. Instead the have the kids at a 30 degree angle (heads fully out of water). Its not a kids comfort thing eithe - but lack of effort. Facilities are good in design but could be kept cleaner -pool area floor needs cleaning. Biggest thing is the sub par instructors. Water bottles around the pool, crying kids wasting class time of others. Multiple swaps of instructors during class time. Owners you need to be present and fix this before its too late! Response to Owner: Not sure why you think I ever worked for you but you are mistaken. Real advice real customer. What you do with the feedback is up to you.
The coaches are extremely patient and nice! The facility has great waiting area and covered parking. Highly recommend if you’re trying to get your kids started with swimming
Shout out to Cedrick for his incredible support. It took us just one trail session to sign up our little one for swimming lessons here. Very neat and pretty swimming center right next to the adventure park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space in the free parking lot, definitely worth checking it out. As mentioned they do offer trail classes to experience if this place is best fit for you. They did have few promotions going on as well if you sign up in bulk months. My overall experience so far is 4/5.
My son has been attending Goldfish Swim School, and I’m truly impressed with the experience so far. As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, I approached the process with some hesitation and shared my concerns during our initial sign-up. I was reassured that the team would be patient and supportive—and they have absolutely delivered on that promise. The instructors are not only kind and encouraging but also genuinely accommodating. They’ve gone above and beyond to suggest class times with smaller group sizes that better suit my son's needs. Each class begins on time, and everything runs smoothly and with great organization. It’s been such a positive experience for us, and I’m grateful for the care and attention they give my child. We’re proud to be part of the Goldfish family!
My child has been attending Goldfish Swim school for the past few weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. His instructor Diego is patient, professional, and clearly well-trained in working with young swimmers. From the very first class, he made my child feel comfortable and excited to learn. The facility is clean, well-organized, and welcoming to both kids and parents. I also appreciate the clear communication from the staff. I would highly recommend this Swim school to any parent looking to get their child started in swimming.
