We've repeatedly had great service at Goldsmith Silversmith, so when I got a vintage watch for Christmas I instantly took it to them to have the watchband resized. Once again, the job was done with quality, craftsmanship, and personable service. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs!
They are so sweet and helpful here! Went in to get some links removed from my watch and they were able to be super quick and kind about it. Definitely would recommend going here (and there’s a friendly cat you can pet while you wait).
My husband and I are in Omaha for a work trip, and we happened to stumble upon this little gem of a shop. My wedding band needed reshaping, and Dwayne took one quick look at it and worked his magic, within minutes it looked absolutely fabulous! Both Dwayne and Danielle were truly the kindest souls. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful jewelry store. Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience here! I came in needing a link on my necklace replaced, and they were able to help me right away. The necklace belonged to my grandma, and the jeweler took the time to look at it closely and share more details about the stones. They also have such beautiful jewelry throughout the shop!
My husband and I had problems with our previous jeweler- we came to Dwayne with short notice and big shoes to fill. Our original gold and diamonds were from my grandfathers ring and were sentimental to the both of us. Dwayne not only delivered on the ring, but went above and beyond. Himself and staff were educative, informative, and inclusive with us throughout the entire process, not to mention friendly! His communication and timeliness were more than we could have ever asked for. The ring turned out beautiful and they now have a customer for life. We would recommend 10x over! Thank you Dwayne and thank you staff. Beautiful work.
