Given our main sewer line fully blocked with tree roots, I set up a first time appointment with Goodson. They showed up promptly first thing in the morning as scheduled, efficiently confirmed the root cause, and thoroughly cleared it out and cross checked points with a cam to confirm where and likely problem points. They cleaned everything up after. Nice guys who were friendly and approachable, I would definitely refer others.
I had Goodson Plumbing come out and snake my drains (3 total). The guy who showed up was nice and professional. He tried everything he could to snake the drains from ground level but was unsuccessful so he had to access the drains through the vent pipes on the roof. He was very reluctant to do it that way. Ultimately he had no choice. He did a good job and cleared the drains but charged me $540.00 for maybe an hour and a half of work to complete the job. I guess I didn't realize that plumbers charge so much for such a simple job. Next time I'll shop around a bit. I encourage others to do the same if you can.
I can't recommend Goodson enough. From their customer service, and dispatch team, to their tech's on-site. They went above, and beyond in every aspect, making sure our needs were more than met, all at an affordable price point. They've made a lifelong customer of our household.
Jayson was professional, knowledgable and friendly. He even stayed late to make sure my diagnosis was correct and dealt with my home warranty like a pro. Goodson got my hot water back on the same day I called them and I will always trust their work.
Horrible customer service and they left are yard to where we have to completely replace the sidewalk after they broke it . Have to redo electrical they left sticking out of the middle of yard not even capped off. The lack of communication also lacking for good customer care. I wouldn’t recommend for anything if you want to be treated with mutual respect, not the company for you. Definitely don’t recommend!
