goto iT Computer Support is an exceptional company, user friendly to the max - Staff member Adam who visited my house on two occasions to set up my new PC and printer and fix other glitches, is an exceptional computer technician. He was patient, kind, efficient, explaining technical details in simple terms for those of us who have limited knowledge of how computers work, for which I'm extremely grateful. The inside of my laptop was clogged with dust, which resulted in performance issues, so we went up here to try and get it sorted out. They managed to resolve the problem within just a few hours. Definitely would recommend.
Amazing service. My daughter had built her own PC and we had refitted it after installing a new CPU and it wasn't working correctly afterwards. The man who helped us was so quick to diagnose the problem and was great at explaining what our options were and potential solutions. We were really impressed with the integrity and reliability and will absolutely use goto IT services again in the future.
Great service and communication :) PC had a drink spilled on it. Think I fried the motherboard (oops) took it into gotoit and within 2-3 days they'd had it working again. Cheers again guys!
Have been using Go To IT for some time. Needed a new DC jack for my wife's computer, which was ordered, delivered to the shop, and then fitted while we went for a coffee. Won't go anywhere else!!!!
