Phenomenal Holiday Catering! We recently enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner catered by Chef Chris for a huge group, and the food was outstanding. Handling a large feast flawlessly is difficult, but everything was perfect. The mains and all the sides were incredibly delicious (especially the endive salad) and expertly prepared. If you need a private chef for an event, I highly recommend them. Truly a five-star meal!
Last night we hosted our closest friends for a anniversary dinner. Chef Alex from Gourmaze Brothers did the catering at our home. This was an all vegetarian meal and Mexican themed. What I truly loved about them was the time they spent up front "designing" each course and so that alone set high expectations. They came on time, cooked everything fresh and served each course Michelin style, We have dined at 3 Michelin star restaurants in the San Francisco and Dubai but this was even better than that. Each dish was very unique, extremely well plated and most of all tasted heavenly. Chef Alex talked about each dish before we dived in which was a nice touch as were the printed menus. They left the kitchen cleaner than when they started, I would highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed.
We hosted private client meals and hired the Gourmaze brothers. Exceptional service from start to finish. Their menu was delicious, creative but also comforting, and our communication with them was seamless! All our clients (including us!) were going for seconds and thirds at the buffet, as the food was sensational. They truly are professionals and would absolutely recommend them. 5-star service.
