In my Time of Being apart of Gracie One not only were they Patient but What stood out the most was Being Family Oriented. They didn’t leave you confused in their Teachings at the end of the day. They made sure you understood. To me it wasn’t hard interacting with other Classmates. The Space was Warm and Welcoming. The MAT to train on felt peaceful. I BELONGED. I even signed my Son up in the Kids Class and he loved it. It even Helped him in the Area of Paying attention and learning Good sportsmanship. Due to my personal schedule I couldn’t continue but Lord willing if I am able, I WILL be returning.
Gracie One is our second home! Our 4-year old son attends the Future Champions class 4x per week, and I attend a women’s only Jiu Jitsu and self defense class 2x per week. Let me tell you all the things I love! 1) The professors and coaches. Shout out to Professor Jeff and Professor Mason for their expertise, dedication, and sheer love for Jiu Jitsu and every child and adult that walks through the door. We love you guys!!! 2) The facility is clean and inviting. 3) It’s a wonderful community of parents, kids, and educators. 4) Our son has learned a unique sense of self confidence and respect that we can only attribute to Jiu Jitsu. 5) We are all learning life long skills in a nurturing yet firm environment. All in all, we love Gracie One. Sign up for a trial, take a class…you won’t be disappointed!
Gracie One is the perfect place to bring your children, especially if they are on the younger side. Professor Jeff and coaches Mason and Keagan are all great with kids and have plenty of patience. The 415 class is for ages 3-5 which ensures that your child is with others their age, and not intimidated by older classmates. Very clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
Gracie One is an outstanding Jiu Jitsu gym that excels in teaching both self-defense and the art of Gracie Jiu Jitsu. The instructors are highly skilled and passionate, creating a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. My kids love the kids Jiu Jitsu classes, which are not only fun but also instill discipline and confidence. Whether you’re looking to learn self-defense techniques or want to dive deep into Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Gracie One is the place to be. Highly recommend!
We started at this gym when they first opened the Preston Rd location. Unfortunately we left for a few months to pursue a more MMA environment and soon regretted it. Nothing compares to the all around professionalism and kindness from everyone at this gym. We are so happy we returned. The kids are loving it here and have already learned so much! Update: We're still really happy with the choice we made to return. All the professors are great to the kids!
