We had a great experience with Grand Event Rentals! They picked up and delivered everything we needed on time and were great with communication. We loved their selections and prices for our wedding. Thank you Grand Event Rentals!
We used Grand event rentals for our wedding in August 2025 and they were great. We worked with Taylor throughout the quote and delivery process and she was very helpful and responsive the entire time. We ended up renting a tent and other miscellaneous items for the wedding through them and everything was delivered seamlessly and set up with ease. One thing worth mentioning is that their tent rental policy is that you must cancel 14 days prior to the event not any sooner than that if you want a partial refund just something to be aware of if you rent a tent for rain contingency you will likely be paying the full price as it is difficult to predict the weather that far in advance. For us it worked out great and we ended up using the tent in our cocktail hour space for shade since it did not rain on our wedding day thankfully!
Please make sure to count the number of items delivered to make sure you weren't overcharged. Even better would be to have someone like a planner or friend on-site to supervise the entire delivery and set up. We were excited to have found Grand Event Rentals for our wedding day and enjoyed working with Taylor. The employee who delivered and set up our pipe and drape did not set it up as we were promised. The gap to reveal the door was too large and missing a pipe between (attached photos). I had spoken with their office over the phone once I arrived and noticed the mistake. After reviewing my photos, she had said that this is how the pipe and drape was supposed to be set up and there was nothing that can be done about it. My husband started counting the uprights, spreaders, and fabric panels to find out that we were short multiple pieces from our original order (which was already processed and charged). My husband had to drive to their office and pick up the additional materials to install by himself with only 2 hours before his getting ready photos. After bringing this to Taylor’s attention shortly after the wedding, she was able to set things right and reassure us that it was an unfortunate mistake on their end. ***** UPDATE To clarify, grand event rental quoted and charged us a number of pipe and drape rental items. Their delivery driver did not deliver the full amount of pipe and drape we paid for in our contract.
Grand Event Rentals was so great to work with. It was easy to pick out the linens we wanted for our wedding day, coordinate with the company, and have what we needed. They were extremely helpful and the linens looked beautiful! pc: Haylie Parkinson Photography
Used them for my wedding and it was a seemless experience! They were responsive to emails and questions and the prices were great! They are local in Bothell so use them if you are in the area. Have an easy pick up and drop off system as well! I was in and out within minutes of my appointment.
