This place is such a great spot for a family meal. The atmosphere and interior design makes it feel like a truly authentic restaurant. The service is always fantastic, but Caesar is a true shining star! He took fantastic care of my family! He was absolutely attentive and friendly, cracking jokes and making the experience super fun! We had the Grand Burrito and the Shrimp Chipotle Tacos and they were delicious! The frozen strawberry Margaritas were also delightful! Will definitely be returning very soon!
Really great veggie tacos! If you’re vegetarian or vegan there’s a whole part of the menu for us. The rice was amazing, and our server Sulian was great and so sweet 🖤🖤🖤 Would recommend!
This was our first time at Grand Hacienda and we will definitely be back (it may be our new favorite Mexican restaurant)! Strawberry margarita was fantastic, free chips and delicious salsa, and the tableside guacamole was amaaazing. The pineapple fajitas dish was by far our favorite thing that we ordered- you must try this dish if you love grilled pineapple like we do!
After pretty lowsy experience in Westchase wanted to give a try at dale mabry - boy former was better. No greeting and wait for 5 mins for a simple hi and to be seated. No courtesy from the barter either, felt we were treated like we are eating for free. Food portions and the food was tasty and was quick on the table. No more lowsy grand hacienda. Stay away.
Yum 😋 2nd visit and it was awesome! Food was really fresh! I ordered beef crispy tacos & others in our party ordered various things including birria … everyone loved their food. Atmosphere is really nice. Great place for this spot. Cesar was super polite and a good server. Free chips & salsa. I believe only 1 thing of chips is free but it was more than enough for us. Guacamole was good which we ordered large for our tacos and chips. Parking is easy in / easy out and not a far walk. The bar area looks nice. The 2 visits we had the place was jamming.
