Furnace check up and water heater flush. Drew was amazing! He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He went above and beyond and helped me with my humidifier as well. I also got a quote for a new water heater (my ask). Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
Graphics home service just installed our new furnace and central air conditioner. The crew showed up this morning and worked steady thru out the day and completed the job. Everything was done professionally and looks good. We are sure we will stay warm and enjoy our new equipment. Thank you to there entire staff for their support and courtesy. Got to meet some honest and great humans for a change, no high pressure sales or rude workers. It was a pleasure to have you in our home and will highly recommend them to anyone . Thanks again .
The tech that was sent was very pleasant and personable, however he seemed to have no knowledge of how our system works. I was told he would inspect the entire system. He did not. He did get the unit in question to work properly with a minor mechanical adjustment and said if a problem arises again they would send a person who has worked on these units for a long time. My expectation is that a knowledgeable person will be sent on the first call.
The technician was very professional, efficient and courteous. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job and helping people. The technicians make all the difference. I will continue to choose GR home services due to your exemplary service from the very first call. I also appreciated the add on for the hot water heater flush Both services were very affordable.
Lost power in two rooms in the house. Grapids got me scheduled quickly and do some issues got me rescheduled quickly. Evan was very nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix it as fast and for a reasonable price. He was very respectful and put everything he got out back and was like he was never here.
