My husband and I reached out to Sean for lawn services. I’ve the years we have had terrible luck with gardeners so when my husband talked to him we were lead to believe that he would break that bad luck but man were we wrong! He came once and did a great job on both the front and back. Seeing that we have a pretty big backyard it took him awhile. But here we are 3 weeks later and he reached out saying we were on the books for service. I asked him if he could come after a certain time seeing that we have dogs and I would need to put them away while he is here. He proceeded to say he had a school function so I said no problem we are available the next day. When I reached to see if he was coming he did not respond. I was left to change my plans to make sure I was home to put my dogs away the whole day and I got nothing. I guess our bad luck continues with finding a reliable person. I would not recommend this company
We had an amazing experience with Grassland Landsacape and Lawncare. We are part of a fourplex HOA and needed all of the plants/trees around our building trimmed in preparation for termite fumigation. Our gardner let us know he could not do the job at the last minute - which is why we reached out to Grassland. Sean was upfront with the costs and let us know what he could do. He went above and beyond to trim our overgrown plants/trees and even worked until 10 pm at night to make sure everything was taken care of. He communicated well and the payment process was smooth. I will be using Sean and his team moving forward and strongly recommend for any landscape and lawncare services.
Sean's customer service is fantastic. He is not only professional but he definitely listened to every detail that I wanted in getting my front yard to look great for this upcoming holiday season. I will definetly recommend his services to my friends and family.
Sean created a wonderful patio space for my little yard. He had to dig, level and design the space for correct drainage. He is experienced, professional and offers many services. I gladly recommend him, and I plan to always use Sean for my projects.
Quality of work Original pictures show no growth of anything! Then Sean brings in trees, mulch and soil mix to rototill into existing dirt. He shows after pictures; immediately after the job. Within weeks we started to see weeds growing (never had before)! Value of service We feel we were overcharged for the level of work completed, but we paid it - even after explaining his labor costs were very inflated. It was he and one guy - and his worker (cousin) only worked 2 days, wasting most of one day - waiting for Sean to arrive with the tools HE needed, which were on Sean’s truck/van. Professionalism Lack of concern for his customers level of satisfaction. He is rude, vulgar and disrespectful. Responsive Always late, always has an excuse: and always talking about his “next job” that he has to pay attention to… On time: Sean never started our job before 11:00 am ( except when picking up the deposit) and was working with a headlamp one evening because he ran out of time (daylight) starting so late. Damages: never addressed the fence he hit with his van 🚐 except for “oh, I’m sorry “!
