i love the location in portsmouth and the one on military highway for vacuuming my car, and used to use them with my old car, but with my new car, i have 3m on it and dont want paint spirals so i hand wash. my hose line is frozen and i have not had the time, but i also dont want salt jus sitting and rusting my car, so i decided this one time that i would go through the automatic. this location is not it. i was pushed for the subscription by an old lady, who wouldn’t take no for an answer. she kept demanding an answer and calling me dumb and stupid for not wanting it. after 5 minutes of back and forth, she asked if i was going to do brushless since i have 3m. i said yes. i went through and there were brushes used. got out and it’s not even clean.
Today, Monday, January 19th at around 10:00 a.m., the woman working at the entrance, Caucasian with blonde hair worn in a low ponytail, provided excellent customer service. She assisted me with renewing my membership and truly went above and beyond by helping remove small sticks stuck in my windshield wiper area. I wanted to take a moment to recognize her outstanding service. Whoever the owner or manager is, please consider expressing your appreciation—great customer service is rare and deserves to be acknowledged.
I was so pleased with my car wash!! It looked beautiful!! The vacuum system is amazing the power is so strong and does a great job in tight spaces. I like how you can place your floor mat at Che as t level to clean them and avoid bending I will be back
I have had a membership at Green Clean for atleastb5 years. I usually frequent the Suffolk locating but due to working in Chesapeake now I went to the Battlefield location. I have probably been here 5 or 6 times. A few weeks ago I went and the passenger side mirror on my car was broken while my cat was in the wash. I didn't realize it was broken until after I had left. I noticed as I was headed home my mirror was flopping in the wind. I called the location on Saturday and spoke with one of the employees who informed me that about 5 other people vehicles had also been damaged that week as well because on one the brushes was not operating properly. On Sunday I returned to the lighting atom and spoke with Diego and filed an incident report. He took picof my vehicle and access the damage and said this has happened before. Several days late I get an email from the claims department stating my mirror was broken prior to going through the wash This was completely untrue and if it was when the attendant checked my mirror he should have said something about it or had me sign a waiver indicating my mirror was broken. I tried contacting the claims department to appeal the decision however noone has responded to my call or email. I immediately canceled my membership and will never return.
The inside vacuums are amazing!!! Even if it’s raining you can still vacuum your car… it’s also good to hide from the sun and get a little relief from the heat!!! The staff was very friendly and engaging.
