Finally reset to a nice clean house about every 6 weeks c(-_-c) thank you for coming! They change schedules to work with me and I've never had problems with honesty, attitude, respect, not that I expected to - but working in someone's home I'm sure some people are shy about that. They have a text number to coordinate and dispatch with and once the people are there you can talk more specifically on things with them if you need to.
Charlie has been cleaning my home for a very long time, and she always does a wonderful job! She always has a smile on her face and is such a sweet person! She also seems to really enjoy her work and takes pride in it! Zoe has cleaned for me only a few times, but always seems to do a great job. She is friendly and polite. Thank you both for a job well done!
The girls were so professional and incredibly sweet. I truly appreciate their attention to detail! After our recent loss of a pet, they went above and beyond to honor his memory—carefully organizing his bed and blankets in a way that made my heart smile. They even asked if we wanted to keep the little nose art on the window instead of wiping it away, in case it was too soon for us to let go. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much. They also made sure our cat was safe and cared for while going in and out of the home. On top of all of that, the cleaning itself was impeccable, with so many small touches that stood out. Their kindness and attention showed me we definitely chose the right company! Excellent job and customer service Modesty, Zoe, and Samantha!
