This is one of the worse companies to do business with. The techs are clueless and management are liars. They have stole my money for a year and never done any work. Tried to sell me something that they already sold me. That was the first negative sign with this company. There are so many more with just my experience. Frank was aware of all of the issues that happened and promised to make things right with me and I still haven’t heard anything from Frank. The icing on the cake was they sent me an invoice with someone else signature. I was referred to this company by a coworker. Now that the coworker seen the way I have been treated I don’t think she will be using this company anymore. If I could rate this company lower than a 1 I certainly would
Tyler arrived on time, was courteous, and had good knowledge of my system, a Daikin mini-split. He explained everything clearly and made sound recommendations for extending the life of my HVAC system.
Tyler fixed the issue quickly and was very professional and polite! My cat River really liked him lol.
