I stopped by this shop to purchase some matcha as a gift and the service was excellent! I've been drinking tea for a long time, but I've never thought to learn more about the differences in green teas, the many properties and benefits of different ingredients, and the best ways to drink different teas. I ended up learning a lot more than I was expecting and ended up buying a few extra things that were recommended based on what would suit me. I believe it was the owner helping me, and she was so kind and helpful! I've tried some of the tea blends she recommended to me, and they are fantastic! It's the perfect place to get any ingredients for a tea bar, or to find a nice blend for yourself or friends and family. I would highly suggest this place for any tea and coffee needs and to support local. I will definitely be returning to buy for myself and to put together some gift baskets for my loved ones.
I have suffered from severe menstrual pain and sleep problems for over 10 years. I relied on painkillers n sleeping pills for over 10 years, my doctor had to increase the dosage every half year. I do feel like the side effects were significant and not good for my liver etc. I don’t like tea, but somehow i listen to my friend who are regular customer to this tea shop. I met a lady named May. She patiently listened to all my concerns, carefully observed my tongue, and I could see how experienced she was, working skillfully with her hands as she prepared the tea. After a few months, my menstrual pain completely disappeared. I’ve been drinking her specially formulated House 101 herbal tea, and now I no longer need sleeping pills. This change has truly amazed me. I bring my mom to see her.At the time, she was coughing very badly. When she saw her, she immediately offered my mom a cup of tea, and her cough improved 80% in half hour! She helped treat my mom’s indigestion and acid reflux, they all gone. Now all whole familes all to see her, What an amazing lady. She is truly our families natural HEAlER Thank you so much, May!!
Me and wife drink matcha regularly and usually buy it from Costco or Amazon for convenience. About a year ago, I came meet a friend at Bonnie Doon Mall and went to this shop and learned the difference between regular green tea matcha and premium ceremonial grade matcha. I bought a can ceremonial matcha. We amazed by its vibrant green color and incredible taste, better than any matcha I’ve had, even in Japan. I would say it is the best Matcha! Since then it’s become our favorite shop. I go there often to get matcha and coffee, my wife picks sleeping tea and some others . The staffs always friendly and make our experience great.
This beautiful tea shop has been my go to place. Skin itching, headaches, calming hormones, gut health you name it they have a tea for everything. I have been assisted by “Mai” and she has delivered an absolute excellent service.takes the time to listen to the concerns and recommends a tea this is such a blessing. 100% recommend this beautiful tea shop where you will be met as assisted by “Mai” she is knowledgeable and the absolute best
Very friendly service. I have tried the matcha from Costco and japan snd other places. The quality here is the best. Best matchs in edmonton. Their coffee is excellent quality and price. I will visit again as I have found my new go-to place in Edmonton.
