A really wonderful and thoughtful experience! I went in with what I wanted in mind and Kali walked me through things to consider, taking care of my ring, everything. And we had fun chatting and all around great energy! Family owned is nice and multiple locations for supporting with any repairs or cleanings each year. 10/10 experience!
Loved their service all of their staff was very helpful, personable, friendly and not pushy. Went with no expectations of buying anything that day just window shopping for engagement rings but Kali Grisham helped us out to find the perfect ring and ensured we could customize it. She made sure we would have a good payment plan, and answered all of our questions.
My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Greenberg's Jeweler thanks to Shawn and Kali. They helped us pick out our wedding rings with absolutely no pressure, really listened to what we liked, and offered plenty of options that fit our style. Their knowledge was impressive-they explained the differences between diamonds, settings, and everything in between in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was how genuine, kind, and personable they were. They made the entire experience feel special and unique to us, and we could tell they were truly excited and happy for us. We highly recommend Greenberg's in Omaha, NE at Westroads, and definitely suggest asking for Shawn and Kali. We'll be doing all of our future jewelry business with them! - Rachael and Jamie
I had a lovely experience at this store today. The last time I came I didn’t have such a great experience, but Brad and the other beautiful young lady that was helping him today. Check me out. They had great customer service great Great manners And also even offered me a job. So for that, I am really overjoyed about my experience today at Greenbergs. Keep up the great work guys you guys were phenomenal.
The resizing of my mother’s ring was done quickly! Came back looking better than ever! Funny thing- my fiancé and I proposed to each other at the same time! I’m so grateful the ring was resized in a timely manner & price wasn’t bad! I had to fly to Seattle! The staff were super helpful & efficient! I will be recommending this location!
