Ordered for the first time because of a TikTok I saw about the tenders ….my friend enjoyed his food however mine was very disappointing and I ended up eating elsewhere. Will not be returning .
Black owned establishment with a unique menu. My family ordered delivery. We sampled a few of the things pictured. It wasn’t for us. Some items differ from what we ordered which was disappointing.
Me and my bf came here one time now we cant stop coming back so far our favorites are they’re wings and jerk serf n turf philly.., everytime we go there is a lady working the front and she is so nice and always greeting us with a smile
Ordering was easy, they have register but also a kiosk for self ordering which I prefer. Menu is straight forward but plenty to choose from. I ordered the Philly, fries and crack wings which I did not know what they were. The crack wings were SO. GOOD. Perfect crunch, and nice flavor. Pretty sure it’s just plain wings with confectionery sugar on them. For plain wings, they were so good. The Philly was good too, very flavorful and they don’t skimp on the meat and toppings. I’d pass on the fries next time though. I did carry out, and everything was still hot when I got home which is like a 6 min walk. Worth the visit.
This place is a solid 7.5/10. It’s a cute little place. Mostly everything was delicious. The funnel cake sticks, 10/10 and the crack wings, 100/10! It’s like sweet and savory at the same time. Like a soulful chicken wing with a hit of strawberry… sounds weird, tastes delicious. The fried pickles were VERY BLAND. I’m very much a pickle girl and… i Wouldn’t get them again. Honey garlic wings… they were like a 6/10. I ordered a honey garlic egg roll but it was steak and cheese in there and i ordered a surf and turf egg roll but it tasted very much like buffalo chicken. Im not sure if they are pre rolled and cooked to order…. But they weren’t tasting how they were labeled. The catfish was just okay… it was a dollar up charge to get catfish… but the catfish was the only option they had yesterday. So i feel like the up charge shouldn’t have been applied to any orders that day being that there were no other options for fish. The Philly salmon steak was just okay. It needs some type of signature sauce. Something with some garlic or something so it wasn’t so dry would have set it off. Because the idea of it is bomb. The salmon flavor was even bomb… but it just tastes like it was missing something. My daughter got the regular Philly cheesesteak and she said it was soooo good and she wants to come back for another. There is no doubt that the spot is great. And the food is good. Just minor things that i felt could be better… but that’s just my opinion. It’s good enough to drive almost a hour to go back.
