I highly recommend Guardian Pest Control. Technicians were very punctual and professional. I had many questions on the substance that is used because of my dog, and the technicians were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were able to get the job done effectively, and in a very neatly and timely manner. Prices were very reasonable. They are great for any kind of pest elimination.
I hired this company to address a significant cockroach infestation in my two-story home, expecting a thorough and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this company. The most concerning issue was the apparent lack of time and effort spent on the job. In preparation for the service, I had personally emptied all drawers and cabinets, following best practices for thorough pest control. However, my family and I left the house as instructed, and within five minutes of our departure, we received a call stating the service was complete. This extremely short duration for treating a large, two-story residence with a severe infestation suggests the technicians did not perform a proper or comprehensive application, and seemingly skipped the areas I prepared. The results confirm this lack of thoroughness: the infestation has actually worsened since the treatment was performed. I am now seeing significantly more roaches than before the service. Given the ineffective treatment, the hasty execution, and the failure to treat prepared areas, I feel I paid for a service that was not delivered, and my pest problem has been exacerbated. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for pest control.
