I just love Guitar Center. It’s like an Adult Toy Store to me. I can go in and spend endless amounts of time playing with tha instruments. Last week I finally purchased a professional level instrument.
Writing this just to say how great Amelia was. She helped me get set up and buy an amp when another coworker wasn't of much help and didn't care. They said they wouldn't open the box for an amp to let me try and left it at that. Amelia provided another option and made the sale happen. 1/5 for other coworker, 5/5 for Amelia
Good selection of gear and helpful staff....for the most part. One team member was a bit dismissive of my concerns with my order. It wasn't the worst customer experience, but it definitely was not my best customer experience. I won't let one team member change my opinion of the staff as a whole though. Everyone else I dealt with was accommodating and professional. Troy H. does a hell of a job.... professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.
Bryan and Sammy were two of the most helpful and caring employees when I had a new piece of equipment not working correctly. They provided amazing customer service and earned another trip to their store from me to buy more. They stand behind their business and the products and deliver for their customers.
