Rick is a wonderful plumber. He is very nice, professional, and patient, answering all my questions to the best of his ability. He showed up quickly today, diagnosed the problem efficiently and professionally, and fixed the issue swiftly with high quality. I appreciate his excellent service and would recommend him and this company to anyone who needs prompt, high-quality service from a friendly and professional plumber.
We had a fantastic experience with Guy Smith Home Services. Our electric bill was much higher than usual for the month of December. We contacted Guy Smith and got a SAME DAY appointment. A HVAC technician named Dom came out to our residence and evaluated our system explaining why the emergency heat was running on our 16 year old unit. After going over our options with Dom he was able to get a comfort consultant named Tyler out to our residence within the HOUR to give us a free estimate to replace our unit. Next day turned around after we decided to replace it. Our installers were Jared, Michael and Datwan and Shawn delivered the equipment! We cannot speak highly enough of all technicians and customer service representatives that assisted us in this process. The installers protected our floors, watched the walls and worked endlessly in the cold to provide us with heat! I have attached some photos to show what these guys had to work with since the access to the attic was very limited in a closet space and they had to carry equipment around other town homes to enter our fence. We recommend Guy Smith for all your home needs!
Brian Novak was very professional and was able to fix the problem almost immediately. He was patient with me while I was asking questions so I could understand what happened. Because of his professionalism and knowledge I purchased a one year service contract with the company. I will be calling him to do all of my HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work in the future.

After a rough experience with an AI representative and agents overseas, Guy Smith heating and cooling really made a positive impression. We appreciate the support and hard work of your staff. My husband and I are very appreciative of the honesty and willingness to rectify the situation. We will absolutely be contacting Guy Smith heating and cooling again. I had called Guy Smith for an install of a new under mount sink and faucet in my kitchen. From the initial estimate and measurements to the two days they were here working so hard to install this sink, they were fantastic. Ronnie and Marvin were the most considerate, professional, and friendly plumbers I’ve ever met, not to mention excellent at what they do. They spent even more time than expected working out how to finagle the new sink I purchased to make it work, and even though it was more complicated than they expected they were able to work magic and make it work, and it looks incredible!!! Highly recommend Guy Smith!!
