I moved to this area from Richmond 9 months ago and chose H&M automotive after reading reviews and it being so close to my home. First I needed front brakes and those were replaced within a couple of hours and was fabulous. Unfortunately for me I had more repairs needed so I rushed it right back here! They had all parts available , they kept me updated on the process. I’ve never been to such a professional automotive place. These guys take pride in their work and reassure quality even after the work! I wish I could give it 10 stars. They will have all my money as long as I reside in this area.
I had a great experience with H&M Automotive. The team provided timely service and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Their pricing is competitive yet very reasonable compared to others in the area, and I never felt like I was being overcharged. The whole process was smooth, professional, and efficient. I had my valve gaskets replaced. It was pretty much straight forward. But when an issue came up they notified me and then fixed the issue. Very happy with there work, professionalism and how quickly they get the job done. I am very happy with there work and will be telling other people about there shop.
I’ve been going to this shop for 2 years straight and they’ve always done excellent service. I’m willing to pay a high price for a great service. Vinnie and the crew has always been good to me and answered all the questions i had every time I come visit.
The service was completed promptly and they stuck to the estimated timeline. Communication and transparency 10/10. They kept me informed & explained the repairs/process. Customer service experience was amazing, friendly staff, and a clean waiting area. I felt the prices were fair & the team was honest and trustworthy. H & M automotive went above and beyond what was expected. I will never go anywhere else, when it comes to vehicle repairs.
