My first time at H2O was a great experience! My hairstylist was Thony Pacheco & he was so gentle with my hair & the hair washing was relaxing. The star of the show was the hair results! 10/10 Recommend him & H20!
Today I experienced truly exceptional service with Fernanda and Mike, with Eddie offering thoughtful consulting along the way. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. I went in with salt-and-pepper hair and left with the most stunning platinum silver. I shared a photo of my vision, and they exceeded it in every way. The level of knowledge, skill, and collaboration between them was impressive—we were all aligned on the same goal, and it absolutely showed in the result. My hair looks incredible, even better than I could have imagined. I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful. Thank you all so much!!!! ❤️
I can’t say enough about H20 Salon and Spa… Phenomenal artists and professionals, combined with a truly welcoming and affirming environment. I went in for a consultation because I had no idea what I wanted to do. I was disgusted with my hair and needed help! Eddie met with me and helped me come up with a plan and scheduled me for the next day. I did the works - trim, style, and all the colors!! It was a long visit, but multiple employees helped throughout the process. You can tell that people love working there and respect each other. I found my forever salon and a new family.
I’ve been getting my hair with Sonia ever since she became a hairstylist! I’ve known her since her gym era and I trust her so much with my hair. She explains everything throughly and makes sure to get what you want. She loves doing what she does as you can see here below a picture of my hair!
I used to have dry, frizzy, and curly hair that was difficult to manage. But since my hair has been under Eddie's care, it has become so much healthier and easier to manage. He understands the nature of hair and knows the products he is working with very well. He is also a great artist who know how to make your hair look its best. I am looking forward to every appointment with Eddie.
