Had a great experience with H2O this week for a frozen pipe. Tiffany was very helpful on the phone, and set things up smoothly. Bobby and Kevin came out within the hour, were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They fixed the issue quickly, kept costs reasonable, and gave us helpful tips on how to avoid the problem going forward. Will absolutely use them again!
Let me start by saying I’m big on first impressions! The two gentlemen Kevin and Wayne from H20 pro were very kind , relatable , and very knowledgeable! They had our issue found and resolved fully within two hours, if that ! They had supplies and were ready to work as soon as we gave the okay ! Prices were fair especially for the last minute task I threw at them lol They helped us prepare for a winter storm that was coming and we’re really there for us ! I HIGHLY recommend this small business to anyone for plumbing needs ! They’re newer to the area and really came through and impressed ! They were also very kind with my dog as well, our pup approved as well ! CHECK THEM OUT !
Bobby was extremely helpful, down to earth, and nice. He fixed my kitchen drain in no time. Highly recommend him and this company. They responded so quickly, and the price was reasonable. 10/10. I would definitely use them again.
Five-star service! Kristian and Bobby were excellent. They arrived on time at my store, fixed the issue quickly, and left everything clean. Very impressed with their professionalism. They were efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was back up and running. If you need honest, high-quality work, ask for Kristian and Bobby!
I can’t say enough good things about H2O pro or their technician Wayne. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-notch. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reliable, showing up on time and clearly explaining everything that needed to be done. The quality of work was excellent — done right the first time — and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty. No upselling, no pressure, just straightforward advice and fair pricing. It’s rare to find a plumber you can truly trust, but Wayne is exactly that. If you’re looking for someone who does high-quality work, communicates well, and genuinely cares about his customers, look no further. I will absolutely be using him again and recommending him to friends and family.
