I’ve been getting my hair done by Casey at Haas for over 2 years now and she is the best. I like to maintain a bright blonde with some dimension and she crushes it every time. She suggests wonderful products, always delivers with color and cut, and has helped me get my hair to its healthiest point. Casey is amazing and the salon is lovely! 10/10 recommend

I believe in writing fair and balanced reviewed. Initially, I was excited to see Hannah - who was supposed to be a red hair color specialist. I shared with her that I had 1 brazilian blowout and highlight over 7 months ago. She said my hair was a little dry that could be resolved with a mask. I even gave her the exact same formula that I used for the last 10 years with different salons over the years and told her I did not want my hair to be orange. Well - she made it orange. She told me that the store had a 10day window and if I didn't like it, she would remove it - no problem. I got home - thought about it - then called the salon and sent her a text. I received a call from Sarah, the manager. Instead of fixing Hannah's mistake, they gave me a refund and asked me to find another salon. I said - you can't leave my hair orange - I am new to Tampa and can't find another salon this quickly. Btw - it was my birthday weekend and Hannah destroyed my hair and my birthday. As a courtesty, the right thing to do would have been to use the Malibu C that Hannah said she could use to remove the wrong color from my hair. I was not upset with her initially, only after they refused to fix their mistake. The manager gave me some $BS that they were afraid to damage my hair - well - my hair wasn't damaged until Hannah destroyed it. Haas ---- you were incredibly unprofessional. Shame!
Arianna truly exceeded my expectations! She was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about hair care. She even gave me a sample of the shampoo and conditioner she recommended. I absolutely love the softness and smoothness of my hair after my blow-dry service.
Madison completely transformed my hair over the course of the year I’ve been going to her. She totally brought my hair back to life. I’m always so happy with my red color which is very hard to achieve. I’m also always so so happy with my cut and style!
