Jordan and Austin were very professional in delivering our new chair. They phoned ahead to tell us they were coming, they looked at position for placement, and they were very thorough in explaining our use of battery pack. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out pillows that go perfectly with my room. I am so very happy with my experience from the beginning to the delivery.
