What an experience! Chef came out and delivered some of the dishes which made it extra special. Flavors were so unique but all worked together well, felt like a dining experience. Service was great, everything was clean and fresh.
That was one of the most delicious food I've had. Each one that we ordered was flavorful, clean tasting and beautifully plated. We have a very attentive waiter. The ambience is serene and quiet. My husband and I was greatly satisfied. It is a bit on the pricier side but it's definitely worth it. If our stomach and wallet capacity are unlimited, we would definitely try each food. We didn't order drinks so I could not comment on it. I urge anyone to try it especially if you like or love Japanese food.
Hai Noon is a spot you don't want to miss. The service was prompt and the food came out in a slow yet quick cadence. We ordered the Tuna and Carpaccio for our protein and the Brussels and mushrooms as our sides. Each dish was delivered one at a time by the chef who gave a quick description as he set each plate. The details of each dish were apparent with each flavor being so pronounced that you could taste each ingredient. I highly recommend stopping bynand trying everything.
This place doesn’t get enough recognition as it deserves. Everything here is excellent the fine dining experience is low key and phenomenal. Each bite and dish is thought out carefully to be flavor bombs. Sitting inside the Papago Inn - it is bar far one of the best restaurants in a hotel around the valley. The bar was a great place to sit at to celebrate an anniversary. This place is great for a date night. The dining room in the back was a ghost town. Friends that have gone have said the same. The bartender provided great service and cocktails were well thought out and just as great as the food. We’d definitely like to come back with friends and have a drink and a bite before an event.
Creative, thoughtful, layered, beautiful...and most of all...exquisitely delicious food in an amazing Japanese fusion restaurant wedged in a difficult to envision location. But once you get there, it all makes perfect sense. Menu standouts include meltingly tender pork belly over fried rice, vibrant and flavorful pickles vegetables, a delightful seafood carpaccio, ceviche, and a chocolate mole desert bite that will make you regret everything bad you ever said about cloves. Every dish features a thoughtfully curated combo of locally sourced and internationally imported ingredients, prepped, cooked, and presented with casual precision. Everything hits. If you can, spring for the tasting menu. It's full of surprises and worth every penny. Service is warm and personable, including dish presentations from the chef. Our waiter was so happy to share and laughed along with us through the meal as a kindred spirit. Cocktails kick butt, too, in a hip bar enhanced by a backing track from a record collection your geekiest indie vinyl fan wishes he had in his milk crate. Don't think, just go...and talk about it lovingly from that point forward with anyone who cares about the unifying power of a great meal in a great spot.
