Delia is the best hairstylist i ever had in a long time. She is professional, patience and kind. Great communication and she pays attention to what I really want. The salon is very clean and full of professional products. The hairstylist staffs are incredible friendly and knowledgeable. I recommended this salon for anyone who looking for a great hairstylist, good products, and wonderful services within the reasonable price range.
I had a Balayage done by Janet and another lady I didn't get her name. Thank you very much for this amazing transformation. I went in with pics and showed them to Janet she took her time with me and informed me with everything she was going to do. My hair came out better than the pics and I am sooo thankful. I love the my hair came out. Thank you I will definitely spread the word and will be returning.💗
I had booked a session to try and get strawberry shortcake hair color. When a stylist reached out to me to send her inspo pictures and my history of my hair. She had suggested that it wouldn't be possible because I had dyed my hair black a year ago. So she sent me inspo pictures that we could work on, which i didnt mind at all. however when I had chosen one of her inspos she replied with "oh I see..." Never heard back and this morning I received a cancelation email about my appointment with no explanation. I did text her about it and still didnt get a response. This was going to be my very first time ever going to a salon for hair coloring because I've had bad experiences with a simple haircut from other salons. Now receiving this type of customer service made me more nervous to wanting a change. I thankfully found another hair salon and the hair stylist actually worked super great with my ideas, budget and made me feel secure. We will doing my original inspo color! Which is all a woman wants, especially when making a huge change.
MY GIRL JANET did an amazing job. She is so great to talk to. I was super nervous about this because I have never gotten this blonde, but she was super reassuring and patient. Go to my GIRL JANET. SHE IS GREAT.
Included a before picture. My hair was different colors, hard to achieve to one cohesive color. I booked a full bleach service and they did not disappoint! Iris and another woman in the salon worked on my hair. They were amazing! I’m so impressed with the result. Just by sitting and observing, you can tell these women are hardworking and I overheard conversations with other customers, they are very personable and genuine. Thank you so much again Hair Xperts salon! Fairly priced, and I will definitely be coming back.
